DREAM is a Dialogue for Reverse Engineering Assessments and Methods. The main objective is to catalyze the interaction between experiment and theory in the area of cellular network inference and quantitative model building in systems biology.
Challenge 4: Compensation
Submitted by ACGT on Tue, 2011-07-26 11:05
Did the preprocessing of raw data include compensation?
If so, can we have the measurements when only one fluorophore is present in the tube? (this is needed for the compensation process)
What are the fluorophores that were used in the experiment?

Hi
As you can see in the table Tube 8 has a non-specific antibody that should serve for as a control, also fluorophores are indicated in the columns of the table i.e:
FITC
PE
ECD
PC5
PC7
Again all the processing done is indicated here http://tiny.cc/cm9b3
