Hey,

According to the table in the challenge description, tube 1 contains lgG1 in 4 markers: 1,2,4 and 5.

Is that supposed to be the case? i.e. repeating the same antibody for 4 different markers?

Indeed tube 1 uses the same antibody, this is to control for differences due to the fluorophores.
