upload error alt splic challenge

I get the following message when trying to upload a file:

An HTTP error 0 occurred. <br />/filefield/ahah/dream6_altsplice/field_altsplice_rhino_fibroblast/0

We have trimmed down the files <64MB so it shold be not a problem of size.

Also, I believe this is similar to the error reported during uploading in the par est challenge before.

Anyone else has the same error?
